Refund Policy
Last updated 16 August 2026
Payments are non-refundable. Please use your free imports before paying.
Why it works this way
Every import spends real compute the moment you run it, and that cost cannot be recovered afterwards. Rather than build that risk into a higher price, the plan is priced low and sold without refunds.
Try it free first — this is the point
Every new account gets 2 imports at no cost, with no card and no payment details. That is deliberately enough to see the notes, the flashcards and the quiz Lumina produces from your own material, and to decide whether it is worth ₹199 to you.
If the free imports do not convince you, do not pay. That is what they are for.
What you are buying
- Importing for the length of the plan you bought — 30 days on a monthly plan, 365 on the yearly one — from the day the payment is confirmed.
- It is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically and no card details are stored.
- Paying again before your plan ends adds to it rather than replacing it.
If something goes wrong
A refund is not offered, but problems are worth reporting and will be looked at:
- A failed import does not cost you anything. Imports that fail because the AI service was unavailable are automatically returned to your allowance.
- Payment not activated? Payments are confirmed by hand against the receiving account, usually within a day. If longer, get in touch with your transaction ID.
- Paid twice by mistake? Get in touch — duplicate payments for the same period will be sorted out.
Your legal rights
This policy does not remove rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived by agreement.
